The Founder - TAN OON LIM, PETER
PETER TAN – 20 years of experience in construction, interior design and renovation solutions. Being an entrepreneur himself for more than 10 years, Peter knows well about a retail business where the shop’s location will be the main concern for retailers.
However, Peter later discovered that some retail businesses were not performing well, despite the fact that their shop locations were in prime locations. He soon realised the problems, which is what has kept him going until now.

Born in Penang, Malaysia, and starting to pursue work at the age of 14, Peter started his career as a renovation specialist. With family in mind, he decided to go abroad to look for further opportunities. He had worked in New Zealand and Australia for 10 years in relevant industries.
With his years of experience and the strong client-base, he equipped himself well and founded Vision Craft Construction Pty Ltd, an Australia-based construction and interior design company, with his brother and other shareholders.
This generation's trends are photo taking and location checked-in. People frequently take photos of places they visit and share them on social media. Free social media facilitates as self advertising to attract more potential customers from all over places, therefore the business is able enjoy growth consistently.
Peter offers retailers in-depth insights into retail renovations that align with their respective business natures. He carried out all the projects wonderfully, from conceptualization to construction materials, furnishings, indoor lighting, logos, and signage that matched well within budget in a timely manner.
As a result, end consumers frequently respond positively to modern, contemporary interior design with humanized lifestyle touch. The retail clients are more than satisfied with the results and services he provided, which make their business stand out. The overall project covers restaurants and cafés, retail businesses, co-working spaces, sport and fitness, a kids zone, etc.
In 2018, Peter started a Vision Craft Construction Sdn Bhd subsidiary company in Malaysia. Once again, the company received significant feedback from commercial, residential, hospitality, and government projects. Later, he sold his company share of Vision Craft Construction Sdn Bhd Malaysia in 2021.
Every innovation and decision is geared towards a better future. To continue serving the local market, he founded Hertz Construction Sdn. Bhd. in 2022. Now we are able to provide a full range of professional solutions from construction, interior design, and architecture to commercial and residential clients.
